In 1992, he led the company’s core team to prepare and establish an advanced quartz production factory.
1994, he led company’s core personnel to Japan for training, which provided the foundation for expanding reproduction and mastering advanced production technology.
In 1997, Huzhou Xiongyan Photoelectric Quartz Co.,Ltd. Was officially established, and the production capacity, scale and production technology were greatly improved.
In 2000， he led company’s technical personnel to Germany for investigation and training.
In 2002, the “Development of High-purity,High- strength Quartz Rings ”project he led won the Huzhou City Science and Technology Progress Award.
In 2002，he founded Dongke Electronic Quartz Co.,Ltd., with machinery and factory buildings reaching the level of first-class domestic enterprises.
In 2004, he was awarded the Annual Science and Technology Progress Award by the Huzhou Municipal People’s Government, as the primary contributor.
In 2005, he was awarded the advanced enterprise and individual in technological innovation in Nanxun District, Huzhou City.
In 20007, he was awarded the top ten leader in tax payment in Nanxun Economic Development Zone.
In 2014, he founded Zhejiang Huaxia Elevator Co.,Ltd.
In 2015, he was awarded a leader of a civilized unit by the Nanxun District Committee of the Communist Party of China in Huzhou.
In 2019, he led Dongke Electronic Quartz Co.,Ltd., to be listed on the “New Third Board”.
